PAYMENT 

Payment is required at the time of registration. You may pay online via PayPal or contact theymakeart@gmail.com to arrange for paying by Venmo, Zelle or Check. Your space in the class will not be confirmed until payment is received.

CANCELLATIONS BY REGISTRANT

This policy applies to all cancellations by registrants, regardless of the reason for canceling. Cancellation fees reflect the cost of registration, instructor contracts, material acquisitions, and other services. We encourage you to consider the use of trip insurance to cover any unforeseen reason that would cause you to withdraw from the course.

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you have the following options and you can find someone else to participate in the workshop, you can transfer your registration to them with no penalty. You must arrange to be paid by the transfer student directly. And you must notify us at theymakeart@gmail.com within 48 hours of making the transfer with the new student’s name, email address, physical mailing address, and mobile phone number. 

NOTE: If we have a waiting list and are able to fill your vacated spot, we will refund your registration payment minus a $100 transfer fee.

If you are unable to transfer your registration and we are unable to fill the vacated spot, we cannot offer a refund.

CANCELLATION BY THEY MAKE ART UNIVERSITY

If the workshop is cancelled by They Make Art University for whatever reason, registrants will receive a full refund within 30 days.  We cannot be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets or other costs incurred by registrants. We encourage you to take out trip insurance to cover these unexpected circumstances.

PARTICIPATION

We expect participants will attend the entire class as scheduled. Late arrivals and early departures can be disruptive for the instructor and the other students. Please make every effort to participate fully in your class. Tuition adjustments will not be made for late arrivals or early departures.  

COVID POLICY

Our host facility requires students and instructors to be fully vaccinated, along with any boosters recommended by the CDC.

If you have fever or other symptoms, you will be expected to test for COVID and follow the prevailing CDC recommendations regarding isolation.

For the safety of our students and instructors, we encourage social distancing to be practiced in combination with other sanitary precautions.
